Insurance:

Hyland & Associates Counseling Services is in-network with Aetna. If you have an Aetna plan for which we are an in-network provider, we will bill Aetna directly. You are responsible for any applicable copay, coinsurance, or deductible based on your individual plan benefits.

If you have a PPO plan with another insurance company, you may have out-of-network mental health benefits that reimburse you for a portion of the cost of therapy. Hyland & Associates operates as a fee-for-service provider for these plans, which means payment is due at the time of service. We will provide you with a detailed receipt, called a Superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Superbills are automatically provided monthly and are also available upon request.

The amount your insurance company reimburses will depend on your specific PPO plan, including your out-of-network deductible, coinsurance, and reimbursement rates. We recommend checking your benefits directly with your insurance company before beginning services.
